Offshore West Africa is pleased to announce the release of the Preliminary Conference Programme, as part of the Preliminary Event Guide for the 2016 edition of Offshore West Africa Conference & Exhibition; the event is slated to be held in Nigeria at The Eko Hotel & Suites, Victoria Island, Lagos on 26‐28 January 2016.
