Canada-Africa collaboration: Prime Minister Justin Trudeau to address Africa Accelerating 2021

The Canada-Africa Chamber of Business is pleased to announce Prime Minister Justin Trudeau will address the opening of its 3-day programming from 26 to 28 October 2021.
‘’The Prime Ministers’ message will focus on Canadian efforts at home and on the African continent for the restart of African economies,’’ said Sebastian Spio-Garbrah, Chair of the Board of The Canada-Africa Chamber of Business.
He added that ‘’the address will underscore that Canada and Africa have many opportunities to be powerful partners, regarding existing programs, future opportunities and his visit last year to the African Union’’.
Last month the Canada-Africa Chamber of Business congratulated Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, acknowledging his policy commitments on Africa which include: a strategy for economic cooperation in Africa, including support for the African Continental Free Trade Agreement, facilitation of increased infrastructure investment, and expanding partnerships in research and innovation.
‘’We were delighted to see that it reflected some recommendations discussed by the Chair of the Board and the President with the Canada Africa Growth Coalition in Prime Minister Trudeau’s platform,’’ said Mr. Spio-Garbrah.
